This Julia package implements a finite-temperature Feynman variational model of a polaron. With some simple parameters specified from an electronic structure calculation (effective masses, dielectric constants and vibrational modes), the finite-temperature polaron state is calculated. This is then used to calculate temperature-dependent mobilities, and other polaron characteristics of relevance for semiconductor device performance.
