PyDMD implements the dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) algorithm and the majority of its variants. It is an equation-free algorithm, since it relies only on the high-fidelity measurements, like experimental data and numerical simulations. The DMD is able to reconstruct the evolution of a nonlinear system, filtering the noise. It is also able to predict the evolution of the system in the future with respect to the available data.
